Placing an Order

Simply browse our collection and add any items that you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, selecting size if applicable. When you have finished shopping click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we require to complete your order. At this stage you will also be asked for payment. We accept credit cards and debit cards through PayPal including Amex.

If you prefer not to use PayPal please post us your order and customer details along with a cheque made payable to ARTruly Yours to the above address. Please remember to write your cheque card number and expiry date on the back of your cheque.

Once you have placed your order, email confirmation will be sent to you with a copy of your order, a reference number and the amount you will be billed for via v PayPal.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling.

ARTruly Yours will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunction or human error. ARTruly Yours reserves the right to decline orders of high value or bulk purchases.

ARTruly Yours is not VAT registered.

Credit Card Security

To help protect your online purchases we use a secure credit card payment system (PayPal). Your payment details will be taken on their secure server. We do not have these.

Delivery

ARTruly Yours makes all items to order. Delivery within the UK takes between 2-4 weeks from payment. International orders will take longer.

If you require your items sooner please email us at info@artruly.co.uk and we can advise if this is possible.

Postal Costs

Orders with a UK delivery address will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Orders with an International address will be sent via Airmail charged at £7.50 per order:

ARTruly has made every effort to display our items as accurately as possible. Please note that all items are made to order and no two items will be exactly the same in terms of shape, size or colour due to their hand crafted nature. Colours will also vary due to the reproduction of the photographs onto our website. Where there is use of beads with an item these may vary in type or shape due to availability however we will endeavor to find a near match.

Returns Policy

ARTruly Yours hope that you will be delighted with your order.

However if you are unsatisfied with the product, the seller will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned unworn and in original packaging with proof of purchase. We will be happy to exchange item(s) or refund the cost. We will not refund postage costs unless an item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, then we will refund the full cost including postage.

No refunds or exchange of goods will be made until original items are received by us. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit. We cannot exchange or refund damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).

We are unable to exchange or refund earrings or custom items made to order (design your own).

Refunds may take up to 21 days.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distant Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. This does not affect your statutory rights.
